Since I have joined youtube I have had numerous people talking about white people and skin cancer. They refuse to believe people with melanin can get skin cancer. When in fact it is deadliest in darker skinned people then lighter skinned. You can only get this song at dannyfund.org. It will not appear on an album. Dear Joe Purdy Fans, The DannyFund came to light as my fathers last dying wish. He wanted to touch as many people as he could to let them know about the dangers of the sun, Melanoma. We have had a lot of support over the last 9 months and have raised the funds to conduct a major study with his doctor, Paul Chapman at Sloan Kettering memorial Hospital in NY. Recently, with the help of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, we partnered with the Melanoma Research Alliance to make The Dannyfund a worldwide initiative to find a cure for melanoma.
