Paciente de 56 años , con metrorragia de la posmenopausia , se le realiza una video-histeroscopia ambulatoria , donde se constata imagen sospechosa de cancer de endometrio, se le toma biopsia por histeroscopia bajo vision directa , el estudio anatomopatologico confirma adenocarcinoma de endometrio.
Patient 46 years has been directed at the office flexible hysteroscopy with suspected endometrial hyperplasia on ultrasound genitals. The patient noted a violation of the menstrual cycle, menometrorrhagia. During endoscopic examination of the mucous membrane of the corpus uteri from light pink to pink in color, non-uniform. Land in the form of gentle waves combined with polypoid colorful appendages. The latter are located on the rear wall and the right edge of the uterine body. Outgrowths of 0,3 – 0,5 cm in height 0,1 – 0,3 cm in diameter. Mucosa over them mottled with irregular vascular pattern and submucosal petechiae. Places on the tops of outgrowths whitish slime-fibrinous plaque. During the hysteroscopy was performed aiming gable biopsy of pathologically altered endometrium. Histological conclusion: highly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the endometrium. |
